1. General

• Eastern Lodge Guest House provides accommodation and related services.
• By booking a room or using our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and online payment gateways where available.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 02:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival for a full refund.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be charged one night's stay or as specified at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 days

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in.
• Guests are responsible for their conduct and for any damage caused to the property.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are available.
• No illegal activities are permitted on the premises.

6. Liability

• We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests use our facilities at their own risk. Eastern Lodge Guest House is not liable for any injury or accident that occurs during your stay.
